I hope you enjoy reading the Feb. 2004 newsletter.
On January 16, 2004 Jayde, Dalton's sister celebrated her 3rd birthday! It was great we had a party here at home
and she got her Dora the Exployer cake she wanted so bad.
Happy 3rd Birthday J~Bird.
Oh boy, Valentines Day is right around the corner. Such a great day to spend with your loved ones! We plan
on sending a valentine card to all our friends and family members...remember the mail might be slow due to everyone sending
something, so better get yours in the mail soon.
I wanted everyone to know about a terrific web site I was introduced to. It is
www.chemoangels.com This web site is a great way for you to become a chemo angel and brighten another child's face up, or you can
sign your child up and a chemo angel will brighten their face up. My son has several chemo angels and just loves it.
He gets small gifts and cards in the mail at the least once a week. Many times he gets stuff 2-3 times a week.
He really enjoys hearing about the chemo angel's family and getting mail all the time. I think he gets more mail then
I do now.
Dalton had his first CT Scan since his stem cell transplant on Feb. 07, 2004. I will post the results in the March
2004 newsletter. He should start radiation sometime this month as well. Please come back for updates and read
some interesting news in the March 2004 Newsletter!!
Have a wonderful day !
Each month the newsletter will include latest news, interesting facts, upcoming events, and new member names.
We
are always looking for new ideas and topics for the monthly newsletter. If you have an idea or would be interested in writing
an article, please let us know.
